Data for My Ride is Wrong
Bad data usually comes from device glitches during recording. You can hide problematic activities from analysis.

Sometimes you see numbers that just don't make sense — power spikes to 2000W, heart rate stuck at 180 for an hour, GPS that thinks you teleported across the city. This almost always comes from the original recording, not from FormBeat's analysis.
Why it happens
Power meters can spike when batteries are low or connections are unstable. Heart rate straps can pick up interference or lose contact. GPS can glitch in urban canyons or under tree cover. These errors get baked into the file when you record, and there's no perfect way to fix them after the fact.
What you can do
If only your heart rate or power data is bad, you can remove it individually. Open the activity, click "Edit Activity," and use the "Remove Heart Rate" or "Remove Power" button under Sensor Data. This permanently strips that sensor data from the activity and recalculates all metrics. The rest of your data stays intact.
If the entire activity has bad data, you can delete it from the options menu on the activity page.
