AI Workout Feedback

After every ride, a coach would tell you what they noticed. Not just the numbers — the story. Was this the right intensity? Did your pacing hold up? Is there something in the data you should pay attention to? Most cyclists never get that debrief. They upload, glance at the summary, and move on.

FormBeat gives you that debrief automatically.

What you'll get on every ride

As soon as your ride syncs, the AI analyzes the full picture: your power distribution, heart rate behavior, intensity relative to your threshold, pacing patterns, and how this ride compares to your recent training. Then it writes a clear, specific summary — not a generic "good job" but observations tailored to what actually happened.

You might learn that your heart rate drifted higher than expected for the power you were producing — which can happen with heat, dehydration, fatigue, or just a long day in the saddle. Or that your pacing on a long climb was unusually even, which is a skill worth noticing. Or that this was your hardest ride in two weeks, and recovery should be a priority.

It knows your context

The AI doesn't analyze rides in isolation. It knows your current fitness, your recent training load, your FTP, and your historical patterns. A 200W average means something very different for someone with an FTP of 220 versus 300. A hard ride after three rest days is different from the same ride after a heavy training block. The feedback reflects that context.

Specific, not generic

You won't see cookie-cutter feedback. The AI highlights what was genuinely notable about each ride — unusual patterns, things you did well, areas to watch. If there's nothing interesting to say, it keeps it brief. If something stands out, it explains why it matters.

Want to go deeper?

The AI feedback is a starting point. If something in the analysis sparks a question — "Why was my heart rate so high?" or "Should I have paced that differently?" — you can continue the conversation with the AI Coach. It picks up right where the ride analysis left off, with full context already loaded.
